TF2023: Registration Opening Time

Dear parents and racers,

Registration will open tomorrow: Saturday, 23rd Sept at 1pm via http://ticketflap.com (search for Team Fear after registration opens).

Note the following important points :

All teams are teams of 2.
All tickets for racers will be sold by TEAM, including the named obligatory Marshal that each team must provide. Marshals can be parents, guardians, helpers, older siblings or friends but must be aged 16+.
PRICE IS HKD$945 per team of 2 plus a marshal.
It’s NOT possible to buy tickets piecemeal or individually.

THEREFORE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS AT HAND FOR RACERS AND MARSHALS.

Mandatory marshals are critical to the race and it is not possible to run the race safely without them. Mandatory marshals will be allocated to locations as needed. Marshals must understand that they may be required to be stationed before the race starts to after the race finishes. It’s not possible to make sure every marshal will be able to view their team’s progress or see their team finish.No prior experience is necessary and all instructions and direction will be provided by SECTION LEADERS who will make contact with marshals prior to the race day to confirm arrangements.

We understand if there are necessary late changes to teams but we hope this can be kept to a minimum!
