Final preparations for Race weekend

All shirts and helmet stickers must be collected at the Bike Check regardless of whether you are hiring a bike or not.  We will do our best to fulfil your shirt size request but it is not guaranteed.

Race Day

Please arrive on time for your registration.  Teams will be ferried to the start promptly at the end of registration and it will be difficult for latecomers to join the Race.

Seniors (Under 19, Under 16 and Under 14)  – 7:00-7:30am
Intermediates (Under 13 and Under 12)  – 7:30-8:00am
Juniors (Under 11, Under 10, Under 9)  – 8:15-8:45am

Registration will take place inside the main gates of the Early Years campus.  It will be very busy and space is tight so we would be grateful if you could come at your allotted registration time.

The Early Years Campus car-park will be used to gather the competitors after registration ready to be taken to the start.  Please no parents inside the car-park (or golf buggies!)

If you have any last minute changes to your teams on Race Day, go to the Enquiry desk and you will be directed to someone who will help organise a replacement or pair you up with another team.

Hire helmets will be available for pick up at the Enquiry desk.  (They should be returned to the Enquiry desk at the finish).

Bags can be left at the Enquiry desk and will be ferried to the finish for you to the Enquiry Desk there (in the secondary sitting area near the BBQ and First Aid). Remember to pack warm clothes and a towel – you will be wet and cold after the race!

Course maps will be set “live” on the website after all competitors in the relevant category have started the race.   They are available on the top menu on the front page of the site.

Paper copies will be available at the start and finish (after the competitors have started) for a donation to the charity. Please don’t share the course with your children – it spoils the fun!

A map of good vantage points for the Race will be on the paper copy and on the website too.

The Sunny Bay bus to the DB Plaza (DB03R) will NOT run on the morning of the Race due to the Disney Race. You will need to go to Tung Chung to catch the DB01 bus from the Tung Chung bus terminus. The DB03R will run normally in the afternoon.

Hot sandwiches will be available at the registration area at the Early Years Campus and there be a BBQ at the finish.
